Actually it doesn't matter. I think the easiest way to see if the teams are balanced is if we do a trial map for a week using quadrants. Most people seemed up for the idea to see what assaults were like etc. so I think that's what we should do

I talk to Sandy most days, he's just fed up with this map. Future is the same but he said he'd be active as well. Bougat is back into Minecraft and told me he'd play. Ok so the teams are based on who will be active on the new map then? In that case is it not also fair to assume that most of Quadrant 4 will be active even though they weren't on the last map, same as Quadrant 1? No, the teams are random. Blame the generator for that. Besides, they will be active, at least two of them.

why not separate the really active people from the not so active people the randomize each of those then put one team of really active with a team of not so active to make one quadrant. Because the active-heavy quadrants would be incredibly advanced from the inactive quadrants, simply because active people play more. It's better to have a mixture of active an inactive in each quadrant. Unless I'm misinterpreting what you're saying. I feel the current set up is balanced enough, despite my Quadrant (IV) having the least numbers of active players in it, however we do have both you (jman) and Chris, and you're both very strong players in your own ways (you're super freaking active, jman, and Chris is all battle-wizardry). However moving someone over from the largest team of actives, Quadrant II, to somewhere else without a large team of actives (such as my Quad) would be appreciated. Quad II has 10 actives, and we've got 6, which might still be considered just a tad unfair even with our stronger members. what I'm talking about is making 4 teams of active people then 4 teams of inactive people then combine 1 active team with 1 inactive team until there is 4 teams/quadrants

That's pretty much what I did, hence the black names.

I thought we established that the black names was a racism thing?
