What is your IGN?
Mahouxshounen
How old are you?
At the moment of posting this application, I am 22 (born in 1993)
Where are you from?
I am from Serbia, Europe
How did you find out about this server?
minecraft-server-list.com
I was looking for a small, friendly server close to my country, and this server's description really caught my attention. The name of the server also sounds really cool.
How mature would you say you are?
I'd say I'm mature enough to know when to be serious, and when to be silly(but then again, I tend to be more serious than not)
Do you have much experience with small servers?
Sadly not too much. I only played on big servers so far, and not really on any that was 100% Vanilla.
If it counts though, I did have my own Vanilla server for 3 months. It was a very very small group, only me and 5 of my campus mates were playing there.
What do you normally do when on a Minecraft server?
Since I haven't been on too many Minecraft servers, nor played too much Minecraft overall to be honest, I will instead tell you what I normally do when playing Minecraft.
Usually, my goal when playing Minecraft is Alchemy and Enchanting. Those two topics are the most fascinating to me, and whenever I played multiplayer with anyone, I took up the role of potion brewer and bookkeeper of the party.
I'm still learning Villager Mechanics, and Redstone Science, but I'm quite interested in that too, though my main focus won't change. I would be more than happy to be this realm's local alchemist, if there's a need for it.
What do you expect to get out of this server?
People to chat with, that share my interest and enthusiasm for Minecraft while playing said game. I'm also hoping to gain some help with things I don't know, and help others out if they are in need. I also would like to experience doing co-op building something big, like a castle.
I'm open to grouping up with others, and join in on events, even give UHC a try, because I just love the idea of hardcore/permadeath in a game. I also hope that I could make some friends here, and possibly join them in other games outside of Minecraft.
What's the 9th rule of the server?
#BlameBoefis
I am not sure what that means, but I do hope I will find an explanation to it soon enough.
What would you like to say about yourself?
My name is Edgar Solymosi. I am a Hungarian guy living in Serbia. Ever since I had my first Sega Genesis, I was big on gaming. Not just that, but I also enjoyed game design, even though I had no idea about programming. I was never really a nerd though. I spent a lot of time outside, and tried out many things I was interested in. I was learning Karate for years, finished a Dancing course, finished Music School(Piano and Accoustic Guitar), learned how to draw Anime characters through books(There are a few pictures I drawn on my facebook page). I was part of a basketball team, and I also spent some time in a juggling and gymnastics club. So even though I was very much a gamer at heart, I made sure to always have some kind of physical activity too. My main language is Hungarian. I had to pick up Serbian as my second language, due to where I live, though luckily I could study in my own language, even up to college. In school, we learned German as the foreign tongue, and I only know English because of games...literally. Which brings me to say that : If I do make mistakes, and my grammar isn't perfect, please forgive me. I try my best to speak properly, and if my mistakes are pointed out I'm very glad, and I will make sure to learn from those. I got my first computer when I was 7...the first game I played was Age of Empires. I had a lot of fun with that game, even with the map builder. When I turned 12, I learned my first programming language(BASIC), and from there, my interest in game making started to turn from just an interest to a hobby. That desire to make games tailored my choices. I entered an engineering high school, focused on computers. After high school, I got a college degree in Computer Science, learned tons more about programming, and game design(mainly in C++, Java and Python), and played lots of games during that time, mostly on the PS2 and the PS3. The first ever game that I bought online with my credit card was actually Minecraft. It wasn't even that long ago, like 3 years ago or so. I love hard games. My current favorites are the Souls games from From Software (Dark Souls, Demon's Souls, Bloodborne). I finished school this year, and I am yet to get a job. For the time being, I have plenty of free time. I use that to further my studies in programming, while also enjoy some time gaming...that is exactly why I'm looking for a good, small Minecraft server to join.
A few more interesting facts about me and my Minecraft experience:
1. I tend to play Hardcore on single player...which i mostly regret in the end.
2. I never beat the End Dragon yet.
3. I never got to summon the Wither
4. I never visited an Ocean Temple yet
5. I learned not to dig straight down without anyone telling me
6. I also learned not to dig straight up the same way
Anyway, that's all I think. Thank you if you took the time to read it all, and I hope I'll get accepted...this looks like a really good place to be. All I can ask for is to consider having me in your server...I will patiently await your replies and votes, and whatever may be your decision, I will understand it. Thanks and see you guys around.
