So it seems like the server has died down 'a bit' in the past few months. I know that a few people have exams still and that it's summer (woo sunshine for once!) so the activity has decreased.
Whilst stalking console occasionally I noticed that some people were wanting a new map. Perhaps it'd be good to get a new map (without Quadrants this time for new players) soon so that we can open up the whitelist and get more players again. Opinions?

I like the idea of quadrants maybe we can make the quads smaller say 2k by 2k or 3k by 3k so people can meet with others to show off builds and do stuff together perhaps

Or perhaps yeah have a new map without quads, so more of the newer people can get to know everyone and then we go into a quads map

We could have a larger demilitarised zone if we wanted to stick with quadrants. Could be a pain in the ass to do the command blocks for, though.
Another issue I had with quads was that the increase in machines lead to increased server lag at times. No fun.
We could try quads another time, or factor it into a UHC type thing.
My first post in months!?

Is there anyway the map can be saved so the people who have built on this map can still access their builds or something
