Most of you already know about the reconstruction of spawn. We've cleared up Crispon's area so we now have twice the building space and even more room for expansion. DSNorth has created the new spawn tower (where new players or people without beds end up spawning at) which is looking great.
A few of us have been working on spawn right now to make it more community-orientated and interesting to stumble across. If anyone has any ideas on what could be added to spawn then please say!

DiggingForStuff-Probably others but I'm lacking brain cells today- Also any supplies donated to spawn would be great. We're especially needing quartz and glass right now.

I have an idea for a "United Nations" building where all the nation's can hang their banners and place a book describing what their nation is about, how to join, etc. I wanted to post some ideas and see if everyone else liked the ideas.

Oh I'm actually building something just like that! It's the stone brick build near the lake. I'll probably remove it though, since it's in a bad place for such a large build.

P.p.s if possible can we put a sign on anything that's emotional in spawn I.e builds you'd like to keep for ever! (Like Jman's builds, villager breeding, potion shop, big scary skeleton! You get the picture) Because I think there is lots of room to be made and proper pathways to be laid by removing some of the buildings that serve no purpose? Can this also go for boats/things in the harbour? Sorry if this sounds demanding!!

I'm not overly attached to my watermill but it is on the far side of the lake, so I think it's nice and out of the way.
I'm in two minds about the potion lab. I'm all for keeping it but I'm not sold on the design of it, and it would be fairly easy to relocate the redstone (I have it all written down in a schematic) so if you want it moved, let me know. I'm also interested to know what people think of the design - I'm pondering downscaling it and having it as more of a 'vending machine' than a building.

I really like the potion lab. It's at a good position, it's noticeable and it looks really good like that! I'd say leave it like that. But it's your build.

This may be a bad idea, as I'm not sure on the turnaround for new members coming and going or dropping off the face of the planet, but what about some sort of post office? Is there one? Is this a terrible no good idea?

Is this a terrible no good idea? I often think about it, like having someone send over packages or "letters". But then I always end up thinking that people would just deliver it themselves and it would be a waste of time. :/ |
