Young 2448jman did not always have to power his chest. When he was working in the O/H Industries experimental weapons facility he was experimenting with some explosive bioweapons for use in the ironman suit he had been working on for quite some time. During the testing of prototype mark V explosive bioweapon it malfunctioned and shrapnel from the explosive lodged into his chest. Without an electric charge the bioweapon would eventually attack 2448jman's heart. The bio material in 2448jman's chest are harmed by colored light. 2448jman changes the color of his eyes, flight stabilizers, and chest arc reactor on his ironman suit almost every map change to confuse the bio material so it doesn't produce an immunity to any one particular color of light. After the accident 2448jman was able to complete the ironman suit because the arc reactor in his chest had enough power to power the suit. During the Christmas season he has a special red and green ironman suit. The bioweapon doesn't like Christmas colors.
