Can the shoutbox be moved? I'm just wondering if it would be used more if it was at the top of the page instead of the bottom. I just noticed it hasn't had any comments in two weeks. Since whitelist is closed mayhaps we can remove the vote button and see if the shoutbox can be put in that spot.

Done, I replaced the vote button with it and optimised it a little, removed some stuff because a massive shoutbox at the top is kind of annoying, seems to fit nicely now, let me know if there's anything else that could be done to it

I changed my mind it's really annoying at the top I don't like it there I would rather it be on the home page and the threads moved to the forum page. |

It can be replaced with a calendar instead so we can put events on it, but that won't really be used much either.
