Some screenshots during the rain

I don't like SEUS in 1.8 because you can see the diagonal block graphic glitch in the sand. It is in cobblestone too, and in my mainly cobble build it is really annoying because light reflects awkwardly. Still looks decent from distance for screenshots though and I really love how the rain looks

I wish I could combine these two, so the rain affect from SEUS matches this one's graphics.

I was looking for texture packs that only increased the landscape graphics, but none offer what I was looking for so I looked into shaders, and these are awesome. Better foliage in 1.7.10 also makes the trees and grass blocks look good, but I haven't checked to see if it's in 1.8.
