After spectating Framed for a while, I noticed that he mined straight into the path of a spawner
This mine was not even his, it was Rebel1804's. This makes me believe that he just went down into this mine to start xraying (although I am most likely wrong.)
After this, Framed went further down the original tunnel and started mining exactly towards a lava pool/cave. The reason why it seems like the blocks were mined randomly in the below picture is due to him mining out coal/iron, he carried on with a straight tunnel afterwards.
Framed also covered up tunnels with diorite. Seems like he didn't want people to notice his tunnels.

The tunnels in the below pictures belong to Rebel1804. Framed was mining out of these main tunnels (I saw him do it twice, once for spawner and once for lava pool.)
He carried on straight through the lava as I had planted diamonds in a cave along the same X/Z as him.
I then placed a stone block in front of the diamonds so he could not see the diamonds once he reached the lava. (He was AFKing a lot, which gave me and others a chance to gain more proof.)
He mined through the stone block to find the diamonds, like he knew they were there.
He then left the tunnel, removed all torches, and then placed diorite at the end of the tunnel about 4 blocks thick.
There were three other people spectating during this. Two of them agree with me on Framed xraying, whilst the other does not, probably because he did not witness all of it.
I could be wrong on this ban. But it seems too coincidental to think that he did not xray due to the spawner and the diamonds.
