I don't know how many of you have heard of it. But is American Ninja Warrior becoming like a legit sport in the US?

I don't think so. It seems like a cheesy and watered down version of the original Ninja Warrior. Honestly, if they spent more episodes showing competitors attempting the obstacles and less time going through their personal life stories I would be more inclined to watch. Every show today want's to be about reality. Screw the people, they do 3 minute segments on someone who fails at the third obstacle. The show is pretty obviously edited down so just put in the stories if they're worth watching, and for the love of god just keep the stories under 30-45 seconds. Interviews afterwards are fine but they spend too much time on hype.
