Violated rule(s): 1, 4, 6, 7. Stealing, and griefing pretty much.
Additional comments: Whilst he spends hours preparing. It takes me less than 2 minutes to check his player file and restore a backup.
He also had many high-value items for someone who is new. This probably relates to the theft incidences reported after he joined.
In his inventory was:
TNT
Three different types of wool (three were used in the 'prank')
Redstone
He was also at spawn for hours during the time of the incident.
'Nuff said, time to find a hangover cure.
