I'm going to start hosting more events away from UHC. In my opinion I feel like UHCs have become less fun and it's too competitive. But that's probably because I've done like 200 by now. I'm going to stop hosting UHCs. Nabbsky, RGCV, Bordyr and others will most likely still host them though.
Anyways. I'm going to start hosting events such as Capture the Flag, Spleef, Trivia, Puzzles etc. It'll be something new and a good way to get players who are not that interested in PvP to participate in events. If you have any suggestions please let me know! Use the event suggestions part of the event board, that way other players can see it and comment, compared to just a simple pm.
There won't be a scoreboard with players who have won certain events or anything. So if you're the kind of person who doesn't want to ruin their perfect score then no worries!
The time will vary a lot so different people can play, such as Australians, terrorist camels and Moldovans! So don't worry if you can't partake in a certain event. The days may also vary. It depends on how busy I am.
Now for the actual event... (I'm busy this week so don't expect many events)
Capture the Flag - Friday 9pm BST, also known as GMT+1 (I'll make the actual post tomorrow.)
I'll make a separate thread for each event each time. So be sure to check this section of the forums for events. Also check the Skype group as I'll be posting events in there often.
Most of you know Minecraft better than I do. If you have seen any cool maps/minigames in your Minecraft life then please make a suggestion. We should be able to find an endless amount of events.
These events will be on the event server. I'll post the IP here once my pasta is done cooking.
