Demilitarized Zones
Demilitarized Zones are Peaceful and fighting in these zones is reviewable under the "No Griefing" server rule
The Nether, End, and Spawn Town are all Demilitarized Zones
When in a Demilitarized Zone players should be respectful of one another in regards to XP Grinders, Wither Hunting, or anything resource related
Any group events (Dragon Fight, Mini Games, Horse/Pig Racing) will result in a mandatory ceasefire, during this time Assaults and PvP (unless specified within the event) are prohibited
Before and after group events there will be a 15 minute peace agreement for travel to and from the event location, wandering into another Nations Quadrant during the event peace agreement is in Violation of Server "Rule 6. Don't be a dick."
There, I just updated this section. I had it in the original post, but when I reformatted it I forgot to add it back in. Also, I never said you couldn't escape through the end. I did say if you leave through a nether portal (I guess we'll include end portal) then you may not re-enter the nether portal, you must return to spawn. This prevents trolling by going in and out of a portal and constantly attacking and running off just to come back a moment later. |

If we're made to pay tribute to whoever has it though, we'll have to spend time mining just to get diamonds... To give to someone else. I wouldn't be too pushed in the slightest. Couldn't it just be a prestige type thing?

Couldn't it just be a prestige type thing? It's not per person it's per Nation, and with our numbers it seems like our nations will have more than 10 people each, so it's not really expensive. It also serves as a purpose to actually try to take it back. We don't exactly have a strong group of role players, so they could give a damn about the egg's prestige. For some of us that would do fine, but for those lacking imagination, this is just some added incentive to partake in the Assaults. It's also just an idea, I haven't added that part into the original post. |

If I ever release this vid I'll probably do a few more takes on the audio, it's really obvious in some parts that I'm listening to the original song while singing, and some of the lines I wrote I don't really like.

I got a bit too hyped. How are we going to assign quadrants actually? Will there be a preliminary opening to wander around and choose a quadrant of your liking? Will players be assigned a specific faction or will we all be free to choose? Is it possible that people may defect to other quads?
I'm very interested in the logistics of this thing. Will formal borders be drawn up (e.g. fences or some other block marking the borders etc.)?
I can't wait to see how we do this
