I will release an episode 0 like I did last season explaining it a little better depending on how much time I have. I just saw the vote for next week map reset and was totally surprised. In my mind I had 3-4 weeks longer to figure it out and work with the command blocks. Maybe we should have a week of testing, to iron out any problem that will inevitably pop up? so then, the people who are eager for a new map/multiplayer format will be satisfied, we'll get the kinks worked out, and it will allow for time to get the command blocks setup, without Chris having to devote half of his head's RAM to command block script. |

I suggest voting for teams so we can get teams that aren't overly op or ones that don't stand a chance.

I think teams should be randomized to an extent, and then balanced slightly so it's fair. We don't want there to be two really full teams and then have the two teams be "oh, whoever is left over". I think it should go through a randomizer, and if there is still a team that obviously isn't going to work, people should be switched around from there.

Amazed that Dray, Allstar, Lady, Nabbsky and jman didn't all end up on one team. TEAM ONSLAUGHT.

This idea is really amazing. Like Chris ,I hated the fact that i was almost always alone on the server just doing my thing and Quadrants will really make people work together as a TEAM. You have my respect and gratitude for taking time out of your life for making this gamemode up. My only concern are Assaults and specifically the loot gained by a team after a victory. Let's say each nation has 10 players and 6 of them go on an Assault and the defending team only has 3 people on. Let's say the attacking team wins and 4 players survive. If each inventory has 36 slots, they can carry 2 double chests worth of loot on them, and that's a lot of resources. Taking that in account and the fact that the nation has to pay tribute for the lost relic, it could be a pretty big blow for that nation. Other than that, Quadrants are great, a breath of fresh air for me at least. Good job Chris AND ARD!  |

The original post has the official rules, everything else is just discussion, so if it isn't in the original post then I probably removed it. |
